Using your readings, please suggest a sample size and then propose/describe two separate strategies for sampling students: one a probability sample and another a non-probability sample (show that you understand the difference). The population of UWGB students is approximately 10,500 and this includes high school students (taking 1-2 classes), graduate students, students living on and off campus, online only students, students representing a variety of majors, first gen students, and with many other varied characteristics (these are potential "strata" or ways of sorting students for particular purposes). We would like to use +- 5% accuracy in our results. What student strata/subgroups would you want to include? Or would you use a simple random sample?
