$(1)$ CREATE your own COUNT SHEET $($use the form below$)-$ No stringer, no bag, no bottom tray $-$ just place all instruments in ONE COUNT SHEET

$(2)$ PER CATEGORY of your SURGICAL INSTRUMENT TEXTBOOK, choose TWO INSTRUMENTS of your choice $(15$ CATEGORIES, $2$ INSTRUMENTS EACH $-$ a total of $30$ INSTRUMENTS$)$ then

$(3)$ CREATE a POWERPOINT, WORD DOCUMENT, or any program of your choice, showing a PICTURE for each instrument along with the following information :

$-$ INSTRUMENT NAME

$-$ MANUFACTURER NAME $($Any LEGITIMATE manufacturer will do except for eBay, Amazon, or any GENERIC Manufacturer like Walmart, etc.$)$

$-$ and PRODUCT ID

To give you an idea, please refer to the SAMPLE Count Sheet and PowerPoint below. If you need a place to start your research, please refer to your Minor Count sheet.
