Utilizing the information from the minor and major project complete your lean six sigma project for your chosen healthcare organization and complete the project storyboard utilizing the attached template. At a minimum, the storyboard should include the following: Executive Summary, Project Charter, Process Map, Measurement and Analysis Plan, and Hypothesis Statement.
