Value-Based Code of Ethics:

Company Name: ABC ABC is a fictitious organisation operating in the technology sector. The companys origin is founded in the development of cloud based and online telecommunication to satisfy the demand for such resources due to the effects of Covid-19. This company specialises in providing reliable and accessible cloud storage and video telecommunication with a special emphasis on low bandwidth usability enabling greater access to consumers. ABC is a for-profit organisation that currently does not have a values-based code of ethics. The company entered the market in March 2020 experiencing rapid growth due to the high demand for its products. To ensure this growth is maintained in an ethical and sustainable manner, the company requires the establishment of a values-based code of ethics.

Values-Based Code of Ethics : assign 1-2 group members per chapter; it will be their responsibility to consider the values and mission of the company, then relate 2 key concepts from each chapter to the company to create the Values-Based Code of Ethics. When creating the code of ethics, strong responses will connect learning and GCE outcomes effectively throughout.
