Phil and Catherine Miller founded Farm to Table - F2T in 2016 to provide new opportunities to organic farmers in Vermont for selling their products to local stores and supermarkets. Phil grew up on a small family farm and had helped his parents sell their produce on a local farmer's market where he met Catherine. While continuing to work on Phil's parents' farm, he and Catherine thought of solutions to bring the organic produce quicker to customers' tables. Long transporting times harm the quality of organic produce and contribute to CO2 emissions. They founded F2T to organize a short, environmentally friendly supply chain for transporting organic produce from farmers to customers. Company Mission: As F2T company, we care deeply about the health of our customers and our planet. Our company's deepest purpose is to help organic farmers sell fresh produce and help customers receive the freshest, healthiest, and most tasteful produce possible while protecting our environment. We aim to support farmers selling their organic products quickly and cost-effectively directly after harvesting them.
