Values, attitudes, moods, and emotions capture how managers experience their jobs as individuals. Although these four aspects of managers' work experience are highly personal, they also have important implications for understanding how managers behave, how they treat and respond to others, and how, through their efforts, they contribute to organizational effectiveness.
