Here's my proposal for expanding into

case manufacturing.

What's the best argument for going into

watch case manufacturing?

This would help facilitate planning to make

sure we have all the cases we need in plenty

of time for production.

We could secure unique and rare materials to

make the cases out of that our competitors do

not have.

Our suppliers are unlikely to invest in the

required technology because it is specialized,

so this could be a point of differentiation.
