An employee with $13$ years of experience has failed to report

to work for the third day in a row. They are not ill as photos on

Facebook show the employee enjoying there newly purchased

lake side cottage$.$ This behaviour has been observed in the

past with the employee, in fact this is the $5$th time the

employee has done this type of thing. The organization has a

clearly defined progressive discipline policy, and this

employee, in particular is very familiar with it$.$ The employee

was suspended without pay for $20$ working days just last year

for similar behaviour. The Director and HR Advisor are now

poised to take the final disciplinary action with regards to this

employee.
