The company we will be assessing and attempting to improve in terms of presentation and overall customer experience is ICT Tack. This company is a tack shop that sells most anything you would need for horses and the people that ride them. ICT Tack is small business ran by one person named Jamie. She originally started this business due to a need for products used in equestrian showing and riding competitions. Jamie's has gained extensive knowledge of her products through her daughters who compete on the competitive level in equestrian events. is these types of shows and over the years she has gained an extensive knowledge on the subject. She started a business to fulfill this need in the Kansas area and after 3 years of business (including during covid) she has a successful business with a reliable client base in Andover, KS.
