Open the IL$\_$AC$\_5-5.$accdb database from the location where you store your Data Files, save it with the name IL$\_$AC$\_5\_$CollegeCourses, then enable content if prompted. Create a new query in Query Design View with the Department field from the Professors table, and the Grade and StudentID fields from the Enrollments table. $($Hint: Add the Sections table to connect the Professors and Enrollments tables$).$ Save the query with the name GradesByDepartment, view it in Datasheet View, then close it$.$ Using the Crosstab Query Wizard, create a new crosstab query from the GradesByDepartment query. Use Department for the row heading field, Grade for the column heading field, and count the StudentID field for each row and column intersection. Accept the default name for the query, GradesByDepartment$\_$Crosstab, then view it in Datasheet View as shown in FIGURE $5-29.$ Close the que: compact and close the IL$\_$AC$\_5\_$CollegeCourses database, then exit Access.
