Visually inspected AC components, belts, hoses, condenser and wiring. Connected AC machine and purged air from gauges. Recovered refrigerant and measured charge (system slightly low). Pulled vacuum for 20 mins and confirmed no vacuum loss. Performed leak test - no leaks found. Recharged system with correct refrigerant amount and added small amount of oil. Checked pressures at 1500 RPM: Low 30 psi / High 190 psi. Recorded vent temp: 6-7C. Confirmed compressor clutch, fans, blower speeds and mode doors all working. Fitted ARCtick service decal and completed final AC performance test
