$3$ Set up an assessment task on TRANSFORMATIONS for a Grade $7$ class. See the extract

Adhere to the following requirements:

The assessment task and memorandum should be typed on a WORD document with

images inserted where necessary. You are not allowed to plagiarise from school

textbooks or other resources. You may however adapt the information from the textbooks.

The assessment task should be print$-$ready; in other words, complete and ready to be

printed to be handed out.

The assessment task should only consist of $10$ multiple$-$choice questions. Each

question should have four $(4)$ options. At least seven $(7)$ of the questions should contain

images.

There should be questions on:

Translations;

Reflections;

Rotations;

Lines of symmetry; and

Enlargements and reductions.

There should be a memorandum for the assessment task.

When saving the document, insert your ID number in the saved name of the document.
