Walker "Texas" Ranger, a first-line supervisor, was given the task of investigating why workers on the production line at Chuck Norris Industries have been quitting at such a high rate recently. In his Investigation, he found that those who quit were the ones who were most recently hired. In fact, he found that the previous manager who hired these individuals didn't do any sort of interviewing or testing of applicants. The previous manager pretty much hired the first ones who applied for the position.
