Walnut Square is located at the heart of University City, across the river from the center city of Philadelphia. It is a luxurious apartment complex which offers $20$ spacious floor plans with options ranging from studios to $3-$bedroom lofts. The floor plans come fully furnished with a private bedroom, bathroom, washer, dryer, and closet. The building amenities include a rooftop clubhouse, a fitness center, multiple private study lounges, a concierge, a parking lot, and more. Our target customers are primarily university students and faculty members to whom we offer a one$-$year contract with monthly rental fees. At our luxurious apartment complex, residents will feel safe with a $24-$hour security handled by the security guard company. Also, with our subcontractors, repair enterprise and janitorial service company, the residents will have a clean and well$-$maintained apartment where they can make themselves home. Lastly, we have our own team who can answer residents$$ inquiries, provide packages and mail, and give tours to the potential tenants.

Customer Support:

The Customer Support department is where the potential tenants ask questions about their inquiries regarding the floor plans and prices we offer. They make a call to customer support to schedule a tour of the building to see what kind of options comes with our floor plans and a wide variety of amenities offered to our residents. Once they finalized their decision whether they would like to sign the lease, they make a call to schedule a day to come in and sign the lease.

Resident Support:

Resident Support department is for the service of current residents at the apartment. They can be found on the concierge floor ready to help the residents with their inquiries during office hours. Whenever residents need to file a maintenance request, they would come down to the concierge and fill out the form. Also, all mail and packages are delivered to and stored in a package room at the concierge, so to pick up a package, the residents only need to have their Ids to prove the package is forwarded to them. In addition, they handle all the communication with the third$-$party contractors $($security guard, repair, janitor$).$

Marketing:

The Marketing Department takes care of the website and updates the newest deals and information about the apartment. Also, they oversee giving a tour for the potential residents who schedule a tour.

Legal:

The Legal Department is for potential residents who have shown interest in joining our community and finalized their decision to sign a one$-$year contract with us$.$ After scheduling a meeting with the Legal Department, they will receive an email about all the documents they need to provide. Because the future residents must have a proof to cover their monthly rent over the course of the year, they not only need to provide the legal department with their personal information, but also sufficient evidence to prove they are qualified for our program. Once they pass our screening test, they will be notified of their approval.

Finance:

The Finance Department is where the residents will make their payments and receive their receipts. In fact, whenever the Finance Department decides to make a promotional deal, they will notify the Marketing department to make updates to the website.
