Wayne runs his own business as a builder/carpenter and gets his best friend's son Peter who is 12, to learn  some hands on skills whilst on the job. Although Peter is not officially employed with Wayne's business  Wayne thinks this will help train Peter early before he gets into his apprenticeship and helps him get the job  done faster. Peter is seen on site completing tasks with no helmet or proper shoes, using sharp tools and  machinery as instructed by Wayne.
