After reading and researching the supplemental material I want you to think about how you have been observed and assessed in your career. How was this used with you and how was it shared with you? Share that with your group. Then think about how you would observe and assess the staff you lead. Why would you observe and assess them, what methods would you use and how would you use the information you gathered and finally how would you share the information with the individual or the staff you lead? Share with your group your ideas on this topic and how you would execute it as a leader.
