For the assignment, please submit:
Scope Statement (you can use the template provided in Canvas, but at a minimum, ensure all of the items on the Scope Checklist (page 102-6) are included)
WBS (or PBS)- The deliverables should align on your scope statement and your WBS level 2(see Figure 4.3). On your WBS, you do not have to show the entire project down to level 4 or 5, but show some examples of multiple levels under the deliverables. In at least one area, show how you would code Step 5, page 113) the WBS elements down to level 4 at a minimum. Reference Figure 4.4,4.5. Show an example of a work package under (at least) the lowest level that you put on your WBS (level 4 or 5).
Optional: OBS - The organization units (functional departments) who need to deliver each deliverable should be represented on your WBS (see OBS, page 113-114).
