WBS

In the next two weeks we will be working to create the project schedule for a personal project. It is important to ensure key milestones and timelines are set. Provide a brief explanation of the project and provide a sample WBS for the project that was selected in week one.

Week 1 Project

I work for a daycare center, that was once a daycare /christian academy for K - 12th grade students.The school recently closed down, but they decided to keep the daycare building and close the school. Two projects that my company could take on would be, expanding the daycae building over into the school and taking on more kids.The second thing would be to expand the daycare from just datcare to pre-k. Doing this would facilitate more kids, and keep both buildings functioning with fewer expenses.
