We are building and using flutter. We want to build a recommendation system based on user inputs. For example, we have 100 tips in total to create environmental awareness. While signing up for the app, the user will give his preferences. For example that the user doesn't drive a car. And one of the 100 tips is to avoid driving a car and using public transport. But the user already does that and it shouldn't be recommended to the user. So what techniques can be used to develop this or is there any existing solutions?
