• 2 Workstation Computers:
  • Office 1: Basic Workstation PC for office operations (reception)
  • Office 2: Workstation for working with AutoCad.
  • Can be custom builds or pre-built PCs
  • Must include monitor, keyboard, mouse and Operating System
    • 2 Laptop Computers:
      • Office 3 - Desk 1: Basic Laptop for office operations
      • Office 3 - Desk 2: High-end laptop for GPU intensive operations (gaming, 4k video etc.)
    • 1 NAS Server
      • Using RAID in a network enclosure
      • Pick a NAS server that has offsite internet backup capabilities
    • 1 Multifunction Printer
      • Black and White Laser
      • Scanning & copying capabilities
      • Network enabled (wired)
    • 1 Router with cellular backup
      • Router should be able to handle 1 WAN connection and a SIM card for automatic failover
    • 1 WIFI Mesh System
      • WIFI system should have multiple notes with mesh capabilities
    • 1-2 Network Switches
      • Ensure switches support Gigabit Ethernet
    • All cabling and connectors  (This is a new building, so you can fish cables through the walls before the drywall gets put up.  Therefore you will be putting in "drop" cables as well as "patch" cables.)
      • Select the correct rating of CAT for drop cables (patch panel to wall outlets)
      • Select the correct rating of CAT patch cables (for each computer to the wall outlets)
      • Select proper connectors for these purposes (RJ45 clips, Keystone Jacks, patch panel).
      • Please also wire up connections to the board rooms, so guests can come in and plug in for wired internet.
      • Put in furniture or enclosures for the networking equipment in the server rooPLAN
