As such, you read probable cause affidavits from various law enforcement agencies within your jurisdiction and determine what charges may be filed against persons referenced in the reports.

  1. As the lead prosecutor, name at least four crimes and cite the correct Indiana Code section based on the probable cause affidavit.
  2. For each one of the identified four crimes, explain how the facts in the probable cause affidavit support charging the suspect with that crime.
