I need Risk assessment and risk mitigation for smartwatch under the category of technical also, cost, financial ,people , and in terms of maintenance what can I add here thank you for your help

0 An error may possibly occur in the printed QR code at the Digital identication card. It may malfunction and cannot recognized the code. 0 Switching of student's data and information stored in the school database is possible- 0 Malfunction in scanner at any chance may also occur during the scanning process. 0 Make overall testing of all [D QR code so that there were no problem arises at the time it should be used 0 Make sure that only the authorized person has the access to the school database to prevent anyone om altering or changing the school records. 0 Inspection from the specialists and consultant is necessary to prevent malfunction to happen.
