We study several personality models this week and learn how personality shapes the workplace environment.

• Determine the ways that personality impacts our interactions with supervisors and co-workers at work.
• Examine what the most current research indicates how the different facets of organizational personalities (e.g., conscientiousness, extraversion, emotional stability, agreeableness, and openness to experience) can influence the work environment.
• Select at least one facet of personality.
• Use examples from your workplace experience, school experience, or personal life experience to illustrate your points.
