Develop some performance management strategies

Back at your Canada Gadgets Corporation facility, your director is delivering you some bad news.

Apparently, both gadget production levels and gadget quality levels were below standards last quarter. Your director is looking to you to get them back up to where they need to be$.$

Specifically, she's asking you to put some performance management strategies in place that will help:

Increase the number of gadgets produced

Decrease the number of gadgets that are produced with errors

She wants at least three ideas by the end of the week. You can use any approaches you think will work$$note that you don't have to limit yourself to ideas or strategies covered in this module.
