Please read the case and answer the following questions:

Question $2.$ Assume you are a healthcare manager at Perry. What corrective plan would you introduce to ensure an event like this does not occur again?

Question $3.$ The falsified mamnfogram actions were discovered by chance. How could an in$-$house audit have identified the radiologic technologist's actions sooner? How might the radiologists have noticed they were not reading the mammograms?
