Review the Case Study Scenarios for the strategic plan to be developed in this course.

Identify a small city or town, between $50-100$ miles from your home for the location of Acme Medical Center.

Choose one of the scenarios listed. Note that the Goals, Objectives, and Deliverables are listed for each scenario.

Goals and Objectives are fixed; however, additional or different Deliverables may be negotiated with the instructor.

Submit a $1-2-$page paper detailing the location of the Acme Medical Center, a brief description of the town$/$city$,$ the scenario $($A$,$ B$,$ C$,$ or D$)$ you have selected for the final strategic plan, and what steps you will take to obtain demographic and other information about the chosen location. If you wish to change or add deliverables, provide a rationale for each proposed deliverable.
