$1.$ You want to open and operate a Food Cart business at the entrance of Kingsborough Community College and you intend to have two employees. What laws, statutes, regulations, licences and insurances should you consider and explain why you need to consider them.

$2.$ You are now operating the Food Cart and a customer sues you claiming that you gave him food poisoning. The customer is suing you for reimbursement of the money he paid for the bad food and for lost wages because he had to take a day off of work.

a$)$ Explain the type of remedy the customer is seeking.

$3.$ There is a prior case with the same facts in the same jurisdiction wherein the Court denied the relief requested by the customer. Explain the type of precedent this is and discuss the legal basis $($use specific terminology$)$ upon which you seek to have the Judge in your case rule in your favor and follow the prior case.
