Directions

This assignment continues from the previous assignment (attending school in another country). For this assignment, you will be creating a second Project Status Report and you will provide an example of problem-solving during your project

Project Status Report

You should consider that the Project has progressed two months from the Schedule Start.

In addition to filling out all fields in the Project Status Report, the following should be performed:

The report should be dated as the first Friday after two months from the Schedule Start

You may assume your project is green

Your activities (during the past week & planned for next week) must be consistent with the Project Schedule #2 assignment previously submitted

Include at least one issue and one project change (that are different from Project Status Report #1). Also, the issue must be the issue that is solved during the second part of this assignment (Problem-Solving)

You must use the supplied Project Status Report template for this assignment.

Problem-Solving

Consider the Issue that was documented in your Project Status Report #2. For this issue:

Use the Problem-Solving process described in the textbook

For each step of the process, describe the actions that would take place

Include your solution in a Word document.

The completion of this assignment should be based on the concepts of this course, the textbook reading, and the direction provided by your instructor.
