Week 13 Ethical Reflection For your final weekly ethical reflection, I would like you to reflect on your personal work experiences to discuss isses of diversity that are discussed in Chapter 19. Specifically, read the chapter and then think about the following: 1) Researchers have identified three (3) paradigm shifts with regards to diversity (see 19.1, Diversity in the Workplace). What paradigm shift seems to be most present in your experience (And if you aren't currently working, you can reflect on a past job or the industry in which you will soon be working). If you aren't sure, check out the company website where you work and see if they have a diversity statement anywhere. 2) Which type of discrimination do you personally think exists in your field of work (ex. age discrimination, race, disability, gender) and why? There are many opportunities to bring in terms from our chapter this week. Be sure to be very thorough in identifying concepts that apply, and do not forget to define them and bold them so I can follow your logic
