This text will explain for you the role of each external entity with the system: - The system will handle the job application creation by the HR office and the application form filled by the job seeker. - If the job seeker is filtered by the system the HR officer will be informed and then he/she sets interviews that will be sent to the job seeker and to the manager. - After conducting the interview, the manager will add the interview results, which if negative, the system will send automatic thanking letter to the job seeker. - If the interview result were positive, the HR officer will be informed which then will set an offer letter to be sent to the job seeker.
