Number your responses to be in the running for full credit. Your brother is chatting with you online and finds out you are taking an eCommerce course. He asks you the following questions. However he says you have a horrible habit of just making things up. He will not believe your answers unless you provide some proof as he is a graduate student and wants to see clear and supported evidence. You will need to support questions 1,2, and 4 with scholarly sources.

1. Why would a customer choose to buy online instead of a local store?

2. What makes a customer choose one online retailer over another? The retailers should be an existing companies.

3. Identify the topic you are exploring for your eCommerce proposal due in Week 8. Are you going to work with an existing company that does not have an eCommerce solution, or a new company that wants an ePresence? Your proposed solution has to be realistic and logical.

4. Clearly identify how your proposed solution will address B2C as well as B2B.
