He is currently regarded as the founding father of Mongolia. Franklin Roosevelt Reason for this leader. FDR took office during the country's hard time characterized by poor economy which affected it both materialistically and spiritually. He is the longest serving president so far in the US and during his time he emerged as a transformational figures of the world. His reign was characterized by great civil revolution after the early civil war which created the modern America. He was a transformative leader. He humanized the American industrial system and he didn't want to jetties on capitalism or free enterprise. But he understood that change was inevitable and brought about the required change. By his office exit, the United States had become a superpower, with great influence which is going around the world. His work focuses on the distribution of income, asset risk management, international trade and corporate governance. ? Nelson Mandela's government dismantled the 11legacy of apartheid through tackling institutionalized racism and also promoting racial reconciliation. Mandela at that time she was able to create 18the Truth and Reconciliation Commission to investigate abuse on human rights in the past. His government introduced measures to encourage land reforms, discourage poverty, and build health care services while still carrying out economic liberalism. These laws promoted gender equality and tolerance of all religions and respect to the elders' and those who have been injured or with disabilities. His system of governance was meritocratic: apart from the Khan himself soldiers ranks were gained through good performance Communism was practiced 8in the Mongol society and also in all the men were to join the army and no titles were to be used even when referring to the Khan and food was shared among all those present. He prohibited hunting during the summer to ensure with provisions despite the food shortage they faced. He had the greatest army in history. Franklin Roosevelt He had good communication skills because he communicated to his voters directly by using the "fireside chat" in such a way 6they could understand. He valued peace and was not power hungry and this made him a great leader. ? John D. Rockefeller He was a faithful and humble man. He gave willingly and was not driven by greed for money.
