As your organization's senior system analyst, you have been assigned to lead the redesign and update of your organizations' procurement system.

To gather the initial information that you will need for this project, you determine that the best approach will be to interview the current Director of Purchasing, Ms. Danesi. Both you and Ms. Danesi are working on tight time schedules so to maximize results from your meeting and interview you must be well prepared.
