After reading Gould, Chapter 4 answer the two Exercises.

1. Investigate how the chosen delivery method affects both the order in which tasks are accomplished and the people who complete them.

a. List 20-30 major steps that must be accomplished to bring a project from conception through completion.

2. Research a local project and report on the following:

a. The delivery method employed
