For example, research shows that listeners tend to have a bias against female voices, even when they are saying the same thing as a man One way to prevent such biases is through inclusive listening, Conduct some brief research on inclusive listening, List some ways in which we as Service Desk Professionals, show bias. Secondly, put your inclusive listening skills to work and make some recommendations for how we can offset those bases, Assignment should be a minimum of 1 page in length. Make sure to cite all sources
