Week $4$ Term Project: Beverage Pairings and Final Menu Submission

This is Part $3$ of the Term Project

The sale of beverages is critical to the financial success of an operation. You will be pairing each of the four entrees from your term project menu with a beverage that enhances the guest's enjoyment of the entree they have selected. The beverage you select for each entr$$e may be a beer, a wine or a cocktail. Each beverage must include portion cost, price, menu description and a rationale for the pairing based on the flavor profile of the menu tem and the beverage you select. Cocktails must include a recipe and a cost card.
