Deliverable: In an Excel spreadsheet, you need to create Excel tables, develop production and delivery schedules, and analyze the costs for the Ano Amfia Cooperative.

First, list operational process options $($i$.$e$.,$ product types between bottles of $250ml$ or $500ml,$ choice of bottle and label, bottling line processing, and other given information about the operations.$).$

Second, list and calculate all the costs incurred in the upstream supply chain $($i$.$e$.,$ from the olive grove to the Cooperative, including the operations costs of the Cooperative$).$

Third, calculate the cost of different shipment alternatives $($including holding and order costs$)$ and choose the best shipment plan $($i$.$e$.,$ from the Cooperative to Hiriam$-$ downstream supply chain$).$
