Week $8$ DB: Team Dynamics ${?}^{***}$

Answer one of the following questions and respond to two other student posts.

See Skill Builder #$8-1$ in Chapter $8.$ Think about a group of which you were$/$are

a member $($work$,$ school, sports, religious, etc.$)($short or long term$),$ and answer

questions $1$ and $2.$ Then, post what you identify as the $3$ best group factors and

the $3$ worst group factors and why and your answer to the Apply It question. Peer

responses can include expansion on the group factors, specific

examples, personal experiences, and point out areas needing more detail.

Refer to the Section titled Classifying Group Roles and the link to additional

examples on the Chapter $8$ Course Materials page. Identify members of a group

or team you have been or are on $($work$,$ school, sports, religious, etc.$),$ and state

the primary role each played in the group. Provide specific behaviors for all three

roles. No names please. Peer responses will vary and can include clarification or

expansion on points, additional specific examples, or personal experiences.
