Tip: Consider the community $($pick a real hospital, its locale and the population$)$ and a health issue to address in your Outreach Plan.

Use this week to develop background notes $($Research Process: A Step$-$by$-$Step Guide: $4$a$.$ Take Notes$)$ and organize your thoughts for assignment $4.$ Make sure to organize your notes in legible way for the faculty and the peers to be able to comment $($ Noteworthy: How to Take Research Notes$).$

Write as much or as you feel is enough to outline$/$ask questions$/$comment on the main requirements of assignment $4.$

Ask a question you would like your faculty and your peers to answer at the end of your notes.

Answer the questions at the end of the notes for minimum $2$ of your peers. Provide evidence as appropriate. Cite and refer it in APA $7$th Edition. This activity is weighted $6\%$ toward your final grade.

Make sure the spelling, grammar and punctuation are correct and cohesive for understanding.

The objective of this activity is for the students to receive useful feedback from the faculty and peers that would help them in developing the assignment $4.$ Thus, please provide kind, but constructive feedback to others.
