1. Refer to Surroca et al. (2010). Assume that you are a retail or service small business in the Guelph Ontario area, reflect and explain which one of the intangibles (described by Surroca et al., 2010) would you choose to drive CSR?
2. Chandler (2020) describes Thalers three principles of nudging (p. 186). Reflect on how you would use these principles to drive CSR if you were a small business (profit or non-profit).
3. Reflect on how standards can drive an organization towards better accountability? (hint both Waddock (2008) and Chandler (2020) discuss this).
