Required Reading Refer to the required and optional readings on capital punishment, the theme for this module. Assignment Please write a 2-3 page paper, not including cover and reference pages, in which you outline: What policies does this jurisdiction use to ensure capital punishment cases are handled correctly? Critically examine the policies currently in place. Are there any aspects of the policy that are lacking and if so, what proposals or recommendations could you provide that would serve to enhance the policy currently in place? Compare and contrast when the use of capital punishment has worked effectively and when it hasn't in the jurisdiction, and evaluate the reasons why. Be sure to use at least three different sources of information in your essay above and beyond the required and suggested readings from this Module
