Subject: UghMeeting
Hey guys.
This is just great, really perfect, but I have just received word from Anette Wilson, female communications director at Wilson Homes, and were nowhere near ready to talk to her. She is interested in meeting with us again, this time to discuss a campaign to promote an upcomming condo build in north London catering to seniors. (We must have fooled them with our last project.) They are difficult clients to please. I do not want anyone to mess this up.
The meeting will take place sometime a few Fridays from now in Conference Room #3. Anette is an old person and in a wheelchair, so we are forced to use the room near the ramp entrance, even though I dont like the setup in that room. Given that she is old, we should probably keep things simple and traditional (I doubt she understands what social media is). Focus on comming up with promotional ideas that your parents (or grandparents) would love (these are the people who buy their condos).
In preparation for this meeting:
-You must without question research Wilson Homes so we can appear knowledgeable about their organization and their previous builds (I do not personaly like many of their older designs but what do I know?).
-You should without question bring portfolios from five successful campaigns that have been recently produced by our team.
-I demand that you dress appropriately
You cannot appear stupid or condasending at this meeting. You should not act unprofessional. If you do not impress Ms. Wilson, you will not be considered for the upcoming promotion. I will have a casual meeting in my office on Monday February 13 so that we can do some more brainstorming and prepare for the meeting with that woman.
This is an exciting development for me. I have worked really hard to get more clients and to keep them all happy. Dont forget to work hard before the meeting. If you guys need answers to questionsactually, dont bother me until the meeting.
Until we meet again, lol
Your Name
PS - Remember, if you work hard on this I will remember and if you slack off I will remember that too!
