I am using the A P A format for my refe rence page because my Space Studies program is within the science field, which is primarily what it is for. Luckily, I have a fair amount of experience using this format and expect no challenges, other than double checking all of my work. By researching the format, I learned that collecting the research of other individuals allows for a broader perspective and take in more information. However, if not careful this could have serious ethical ramifications. I believe the consequences from pla giarism by not citing and referencing other people's work are substantial. You take a hit on your academic credibility and it could destroy your career - implicating serious financial concern as well. Overall, I think that A P A is an excellent format to use in my papers, and will certainly have to get used to it for my future science studies.
