Instructions. Review the Third Circuit case of Sajid v. Ijaz (2019) and draft a formal Case Brief that correctly responds to the following two issues raised in the case:

1. Was the trial court correct in finding that the Defendants conduct constituted clear and convincing evidence of fraud?
2. Was the District Courts award of punitive damages excessive or otherwise violate Defendants due process rights?
