All insulation materials shall be:

a$.$ Supplied from factories that manufacture under certified management systen they shouldhave an ISO $9001$ registered Quality Management System and ISO $14001$:$2004$Environmental Management System.

b$.$ Shown to have low chemical emissions of both Total Volatile Organic Compou $($TVOCs$)$and Formaldehyde. Preferably, materials should hold GREENGUARD Ind Air Quality$($IAQ$)$ Certification.

c$.$ Manufactured without the use of CFCs$,$ HFCs or HCFCs$.$ They should by fibreand dustfree, and resist mold and mildew.

d$.$ Made of a closed$-$cell structure to prevent moisture from wicking, since moistureaccumulation will reduce insulation performance.
