What do you think about this answer?

"...I think it is definitely possible to achieve justice when plea bargaining with criminal defendants. It may not be that justice is the priority, but according to our text this week, a full 94% of all convictions in state felony cases are, in fact, due to guilty pleas (pg. 341). The numbers are almost the same in federal district courts: upwards of 90% of all convictions are a result of guilty pleas. So while the defendant is eligible for leniency based on a guilty plea, justice (for the most part) is being done, because they are being sent to prison to pay the consequences of their crimes, and the victim does receive justice. This is beneficial to all parties involved, as the burgeoning criminal caseload, and lack of judges makes plea bargaining almost a necessity to keep things running as smooth as possible. .."
