It is a think-aloud method that has been shown to develop and improve students' critical thinking skills (Yu et al., 2024). This method of learning is excellent for auditory, visual, and reading/writing learners. I have used this method to connect knowledge with clinical practices. Students do quite well with this technique because they can visually see charting information that correlates with the disease process without the simulation performance pressure
