Position:Knowledge & Quality AnalystHourly Rate:$20.67 per hour, paid bi-weekly; subject to applicable withholdings.Overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable law.All overtime must be pre-approved by your supervisor.

Acceptance:This offer is effective immediately and may be accepted by you signing and dating a copy of this document and returning it to Human Resources on or before close of business Monday, January 15th, 2018.If not so accepted by that time, this offer will be deemed withdrawn and will be no further in force or effect.
