What formats will upload properly? I asked that last time and didn't receive an answer. I've tried pdf, word doc and xps formats and none will upload. What are the specifications? Please answer this part of the question this time instead of just sending it back to me over and over.

I'm having trouble calculating the percent change for unweighted index. It's part C of the question posted, and I've highlighted it. I can do everything except figure out where they get the numbers circled in red, shown in the solution (in purple). I've posted two different versions of the same question.
