What I understand from this is that a loose constitution is when the constitution adapts to social change and protects people's rights, in other words, it helps people. at the same time, a rigid constitution follows the rules and is more democratic and stable. I think that I would rather have a loose constitution because it is more adaptable and that is very important in these times because many things are changing.the loose constitution also looks after the people's needs and protects people's rights.
